In 11 – Paddle – Change the “1” we take exercise phrases from an earlier paddle course (04 – The Paddle) and manipulate the phrases by not only beginning on dig but also beginning on brush, on step and on heel. I suggest practicing with a metronome. My metronome is at 112 bpm but you could dance more slowly or more quickly based on your comfort level.
