Warm up before you dance by doing shuffle, flap, flap heel, paddle, double shuffle, open thirds, closed thirds and much, much more. Use the Mp3 track I provide or use your own music at whatever tempo you are most comfortable with. The more time you spend on the site, the more you will see that the Warm Up is made up of the technique exercises that you will learn in all of the various courses.
