In 16 – Paddle – Two Variations you’ll find two new practice phrases with variations on paddle (dig brush step heel). We also change the “1” as we did in an earlier course (11 – Paddle – Change the “1”). I suggest practicing with a metronome. My metronome is at 100 bpm but you could dance more slowly or more quickly based on your comfort level.
